3 Ways We Protect Your Job Site and Save You Money

Here at Texas Metal Tech, we’re always looking for different ways to make sure that we’re providing the best for our clients, and that includes keeping each and every job site free from any complications which can cost time and money.

OSHA Certification

Earlier this year, we highlighted the fact that we certify all field personnel and supervisors with OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification. We can gladly boast that we have never experienced an accident on any of our job sites.

This kind of commitment to safety is mirrored in the companies we work with on a regular basis including Harvey, Gilbane, Exxon, and Anadarko, among others. This is why we’ve been able to maintain and grow our relationships with these companies.

You won’t have to worry about costly project halts, or any potential safety hazards when you have us on site.

Our Focus On Quality

Texas Metal Tech cares about your job site during your project and after our field personnel has left. We know that the devil is really in the details, and that’s where other companies fall short. Our experts know metal fabrication and installation backwards and forwards, and they’re going to get the job done the right way, the first time.

Our company won’t grow without the happiness of our customers. With that, we’ve made excelling past customer satisfaction a top priority. And with customers in fields like oil and gas, aerospace, and electronics, we just can’t afford to let any customer be unhappy with our product.

It saves you money to have someone do it the best way, the first time.

E-Verification On All Employees

While some may expect all employers to verify employees for employment eligibility, within the construction business that’s not always the case. We ensure that all of our personnel are legal to work in the U.S. keeping your job site free of any time-consuming investigations and hiccups.

Before E-Verification, the only laws that existed around the employment of possible illegal immigrants was open to interpretation, as it only required employers to check an applicant’s identity and eligibility documents, and if those appeared to be genuine at face value then the employer could legally hire that applicant. Because we E-Verify, there is no interpretation- we can’t hire anyone ineligible for employment in order to protect our customers.

Recently we were audited by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and because of our employment process that includes E-Verification, we were given all passing marks.

We don’t mess around when it comes to protecting your site. Interested in learning more about what we do? Call (281) 893-0411 to get started!
