Texas Metal Tech has begun work on our new project - the Shell Woodcreek Campus expansion!
The Shell project involves an array of miscellaneous metal installations, all manufactured in Texas Metal Tech's machine shop located in Houston, TX.
TMT fabricated stainless steel handrails and foot rails located around the campus, including a parking garage, interior stairway with glass features and dining room. In addition to the handrails, Texas Metal Tech fabricated and installed stainless steel elevator frame casings and security pedestals at all of the campus' entry points.
Aluminum map rack frames on every floor of the building have also been manufactured and installed by Texas Metal Tech.
On the exterior of the building, painted stainless steel posts were installed, along with stainless steel cables as part of an exterior cable system bridge over an existing creek.
All the installed metal components were fabricated in Texas Metal Tech's CNC machining shop. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2014.
